Review: An enriching experience provided by an elegant orchestra
This immaculately-presented and elegant group of youthful musicians displayed impressive talents at their baroque-themed concert at the arts centre last night.
Hand-picked from the best of the young professional players across Europe, it isn’t any wonder that this orchestra delight the large audience at the centre’s grand Butterworth Hall with their programme that includes well-known compositions by Handel, Bach and Vivaldi.

This was the first time I attended a full professional orchestral concert - and I was certainly left feeling enriched by the experience, with a deeper appreciation of the skill required to perform classical pieces as a unit.
