Splatt’s the way to do it - Leamington panto launches new game

SPLATT, has been launched to promote the venue’s festive show Sleeping Beauty, which runs from Friday December 9 to Saturday December 31.

Speaking at the launch of the game Sarah Boden, business director from Imagine Theatre the consultants to Warwick District Council for the pantomime, said: “For a few years we’ve been looking at how we can support our pantomimes beyond the productions on stage. We wanted to create a way that people could interact with the panto outside of the theatre.

“After discussions with a local games developer we realised that creating a simple interactive game would provide a great level of interaction, particularly as so many children and adults have access to games through their phones or computers.”

SPLATT involves launching custard pies and cream cakes through the air in an attempt to hit the pantomime dame. The game is free of charge and available to play online on the Spa Centre’s website.
