Warwick to take stage in the House of Commons

Young performers can take part in a once in a lifetime experience by performing in he House of Commons this September with the Playbox Theatre.

The Warwick theatre will put on a unique performance in the House during a conference for visitors and speakers from around the world.

Founders, Stewart McGill and Mary King will create an interactive promenade show inspired by Commedia dell’arte fusing theatre, song, circus, and movement especially for the day.

Auditions for the project are open to Playbox Theatre members across the region for what the theatre’s founding director Mary King, said was a superb opportunity.

“This is certainly the most unusual work we will have ever created and the most exciting venue,” she said.
