The survey was carried out by The HR Dept, a leading outsourced HR company with a local office in Kenilworth and found that 48 per cent of SME’s are looking to recruit in the next six months, signalling further confidence from the UK’s small businesses that economic growth is being maintained.

Tracey Hudson, director of The HR Dept (South Warwickshire) said: “We carry out our survey on an annual basis, and this year’s results indicate that most of our clients expect to grow their workforce. Demand for HR support is on the increase and we have secured a record number of new clients since the beginning of the year, many of whom have been referred by existing clients.
