Connells Lettings picks up top prize yet again

The local office fought off tough competition from 18 other lettings branches in the company’s central region to win the much coveted prize for the second year in a row.

Lettings manager Selina Egan said: “I am delighted that Leamington has been named Connells top lettings branch in 2013. It is testimony to the skill and hard work of the team that we have been very successful over the last 12 months so I am thrilled that this has been recognised.”

Based on its performance in 2013, Connells’ ‘Lettings Branch of the Year’ awards highlight the branch which has been more successful at working with local tenants, landlords and buy-to-let investors.
