Connells staff celebrate best sales month so far

Christine Levon, branch partner at the Leamington branch, said: “What’s interesting is that while the other agents in the town are reporting a ‘seasonal slowdown’ in the market we have had the best sales month by nearly double and the prices being achieved are close to or over the guide prices.

“We are definitely not experiencing any ‘lazy summer days’ yet and indications are we should prepare for another busy month in July.

“Anyone considering selling should certainly talk to us about getting their property on the market as soon as possible,” she advised.

Acknowledging the branch’s achievements also meant that senior negotiator Lucy Hopwood was awarded ‘Negotiator of the Month’ for the area.

Having fought off stiff competition from the other nine branches she was unanimously named to receive the trophy due to her outstanding individual performance and excellent customer service.

Lucy, pictured right with Christine, added: “It is absolutely brilliant to be recognised for all my hard work and commitment.

“It’s a pleasure to be part of such a great team at Leamington.”
