Debbie and Charlotte join Hawkesford’s lettings team

Based at the Leamington management office, the new recruits have settled quickly into their new property manager roles.

Having completed her degree in communications, Charlotte Jerams spent some time travelling in New Zealand before returning home to take up the role of property manager for the Leamington area.

She said: “I am delighted to have been appointed as the property manager for the Leamington area. Each property is different and has its own quirks.”

Local lady Debbie Byrne has been appointed to cover Southam and the surrounding areas.

She said: “Having seen the Hawkesford boards up around the area I am very familiar with the company. It’s very exciting to be joining such a well-established company. I feel like part of the family already.”
