Pupils’ fairy tale home designs impress agents

This knowledge was used to good effect recently when the staff and pupils of St Mary Immaculate School in Warwick invited senior negotiator Helen Simms along with valuer Ian Watts to judge a competition and award prizes for the best design and build of a fairy tale home.

Helen said: “The standard of work was very high and it was a difficult task to choose the winner, but in the end we went for the property that offered the best kerb appeal along with the best use of space internally.”

With the market moving so quickly in the area at the moment Ian Watts added that it was a shame that some of the designs “could not come to the market themselves’’.

With the current level of interest locally and the amount of buyers looking he was sure that record prices could be achieved.
