RightAgent promises new approach to estate agency

A new estate agents serving is opening that promises a fresh new approach to the industry.

Tom Hands is launching RightAgent, which is based in Warwick but covers the whole county.

Tom said: “The idea behind RightAgent was to move away from the idea of the traditional estate agent. Having worked for and with traditional agents for years, I wanted to provide a way for homeowners and investors to sell and let their properties without them, for a much more affordable price, with our sales packages starting from just £600 and the let-only rental package from no charge at all.”

To celebrate its launch RightAgent is holding a charity social night tonight (Friday) at the Merchants Wine Bar in Swan Street, Warwick, from 8pm. Tom said: “The launch night is a great opportunity to showcase what we are all about, but it’s more than that. It’s an opportunity for all local businesses, landlords, home-owners and tradesman to get together and make better connections.

“It is also a great opportunity to raise some money for a charity that is extremely close to me personally, the Stroke Association, having lost my grandfather to a stroke earlier this year. We have a fantastic announcement to make on the night also!

Tickets are £10 on the night, with a drink upon entry and all proceeds going towards the Stroke Association. There will be live music and entertainment on the night as well so it should be great fun.”
