Tara’s Leamington team welcomes newcomers

Established letting agency Tara & Co of Leamington is pleased to announce the arrival of new employees David French (student manager) and Jack McDermott (lettings administrator).

David takes on the student lettings arm of the business, which has been providing an improving quality of accommodation to students across Leamington for over 30 years.

Coming from a corporate background in property management, David will be taking care of the needs of existing clients, in addition to advising new landlords who may wish to enter this mature and profitable area of the local lettings market.

David, who joined Tara last month said: “I hope to bring a fresh perspective to this side of the business, and to be influential in building upon what is already a very successful and well established student property portfolio.”

Jack had just got started on his NVQ when he was made redundant, and is a great example of someone determined to succeed in the property field despite the prevailing economic climate.

The day he lost his job he ‘got on his bike’ and dropped a CV into every agent in Leamington. With motivation like that Tara & Co jumped at the chance of giving him an interview, and his potential was immediately clear. Samantha Worrall (lettings negotiator) said: “Having Jack join us has added a new energy to my department. He is enthusiastic, bright and is never short of ideas and is very keen to continue his studies with our support. With an ongoing increase in our residential lets and our new team in place, now is the perfect time for landlords to speak to us about what Tara & Co can do for them.”
