Your chance to be part oflettings success story
First established in Leamington in 2002, The Letting People, founded by Caroline and Anthony Kempster, specialises in residential lettings and property management and focuses on helping tenants find the right property, and landlords find the perfect tenant.
Having launched its first franchise in Milton Keynes last month (June), The Letting People is looking to expand the business further and take on franchisees across England.

“We’ve built up strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants and carved out a unique position for ourselves within the rental market.
“Now we’re looking to expand the business and are actively encouraging franchisees to come forward.
“Not only will our franchisees be able to take advantage of low start-up costs and their own exclusive territory, they’ll also undergo an intensive training programme and receive on-going daily support.”

Michael said: “Philip and I come from very different backgrounds and were looking for a business venture which would suit both of our backgrounds.
“Philip had a long career in the construction industry, while my experience lies in marketing and design. We came across The Letting People and agreed that it was a perfect fit.”
Although a background in the property sector is desirable, The Letting People looks for energetic, adaptable franchisees with good communication skills and a desire to learn.
