Spooky events at Leamington Spa Centre

THE Spa Centre is preparing to put the frighteners on visitors as Halloween approaches.

This year the spooky festivities are being given a retro feel with screenings of the 80s film Ghostbusters.

The film will be showing on the big screen in the studio cinema and people are being encouraged to go in fancy dress with the scariest dresser able to win tickets to this years pantomime Mother Goose.

Tickets cost £3.75 and the film will be showing from next Friday to Sunday at 7.45pm.

The main stage at the centre will be filled with mournful melodies and eerie harmonies when the Royal Spa Brass Band perform a Halloween inspired set.

The band will be conducted by Iain Masson who will lead them in spooky music from films, musicals and classics including Harry Potter and Ghostbusters.

The concert takes place on Sunday October 31 at 6.30pm and tickets cost £9 for adults, and £6 for concessions.
