Until Saturday May 21, Kenilworth Library, Smalley Place: Award winning photographs from Leamington Spa Photographic Society’s Annual Exhibition Competition will be on display. Entrance is free to see the collection of work from the 80-strong membership, some having international accreditation. Monday May 23 to Saturday May 28, Priory Theatre, Kenilworth: The Lion in Winter, a modern classic comedy drama based on the live of Henry II, comes to the Priory Theatre. The play centres on the personal and political conflicts of Henry II of England, his wife Eleanor of Aquitaine, their children and guests during Christmas at Chinon in 1183. Tickets start at £8. Southam Sports & Social Club, 9pm: Live music with Double Time, free entry.

St Nicholas Church, Warwick, 7.30pm: Village Voices of Warwick, a mixed social choir singing for pleasure whilst raising money for local charities, will perform songs from well-known musicals and the James Bond films. The chosen charity for 2016 is The Salvation Army’s Way Ahead Project, which helps homeless people in and around Leamington. Tickets cost £8 on the door. Leamington Art Gallery & Museum, 2pm to 4pm: The museum is running free drop-in knitting workshops on the lead up to the ‘Concealment and Deception: The Art of the Camoufleurs of Leamington Spa in World War 2’ exhibition. Leamington University of the 3rd Age Knitting Group - The Woolpack will be giving the knitting workshops. The public will be invited to create knitted graffiti artwork for two of the Royal Pump Room’s columns. The columns will be ‘yarn bombed’ and camouflaged. The session is free- just drop in. Old Shire Hall, Northgate Street, Warwick, 3pm and 6.30pm: The Warwickshire-based, former barrister and Edinburgh Fringe sell out writer and performer Ginny Davis lifts the shroud of secrecy surrounding behind the scenes machinations of criminal proceedings in this high stakes legal cliff-hanger. Scenes are performed in the 18th-century hall and atmospheric courtroom, where the audience occupies the seats of former jurors, court officials and dock officers. Chedham’s Yard, Church Walk, Wellesbourne, 10am to 2pm: Find out about the life and work of this heritage blacksmith’s and wheelwright’s yard by joining a guided tour. The Yard won the BBC’s Restoration Village programme ten years ago and offers a rare glimpse of rural life and crafts during the time that five generations of the Chedham’s family ran the Yard. This will be ‘Bicycle theme day’ with a local bike club member on site to talk to enthusiasts . Also on offer, courtesy of the Police and Neighbourhood Watch, is the opportunity for free security marking for your bike or small hand tools. All Saints’ church, Leamington, doors open 7.30pm, film starts 8.15pm: The church is screening the Monty Python film Life of Brian. Tickets cost £10. Half of the profit form ticket sales is going towards the upkeep of the church.
