ONE of Rugby’s longest established estate agents is expanding with the launch of a new venture.

Brown & Cockerill is adding an extra dimension to its services by launching a dedicated and tailor-made buying and selling service aimed at the prestigious and executive homes market entitled the ‘Mayfair Collection’. The agent has been established for more than 15 years.

Managing Director Carl Watts said: “The Mayfair Collection offers a refreshing approach to marketing and selling exclusive homes.

“This brand naturally complements our existing range of estate agency services and enables us to share our first-hand knowledge of the area that we have built up over many years.

“The growing demand from clients for a more personal, bespoke service has led to us to create this new and exciting service. Unique properties demand unique sales solutions and here at the Mayfair Collection, we go that extra mile to ensure that your property transactions move swiftly and smoothly.”

To help launch this service, Carl has enlisted the professional expertise of local estate agent and property expert Robert Le May.

Carl said: “Robert is the ideal person to take on the challenge of creating the service that clients in this marketplace would expect.”

Robert said: “I can offer the expertise, individual creative marketing and the attention to detail that these homes require.

“Our bespoke packages give a powerful marketing image of your property and can be as high profile or discreet as you wish. I can assist in all aspects of the process and will construct a unique marketing strategy personalised for you and your property.

“Knowing your client is a fundamental prerequisite. Confidentiality, discretion and a tenacious approach are often required to ensure a client’s property transaction proceeds to completion with the minimum of fuss.

“There are plenty of estate agents who purport to provide that added value, but how many can boast a dedicated department to do just that?

All clients have access to my personal mobile number and are able to contact me at any time.”
