‘Amazing’ music event supports cancer causes
The Trinity Festival, sponsored by Prog magazine, attracted some 450 people to the Assembly on May 18 to see acts including Arena, Touchstone and The Reasoning perform live.
More than £12,000 was raised at the event - with over £3,000 of that alone coming from a charity auction and raffle in which prizes included contributions from Peter Gabriel, Rush, Yes and Marillion.

She added that she and fellow organisers have already booked the Assembly for May next year to hold the event again and that they intend to make it even bigger. The festival was new this year and took place alongside a sister event in London on May 17.
