Bakery donates takings to the Poppy Appeal

They donned camouflage outfits but there was no hiding who this team were raising funds for last Saturday.

he Cubbington Bakery in Queen Street donated all of its takings from the day to the Poppy Appeal

They also sold poppies for the campaign

Owner Joanne Lekarla and her Partner Steff Cree both have armed forces personnel in their families and believe the appeal is one of the best causes for people to support at this time of the year.
