Bid farewell to Hillmorton beard in support of James Bulger Memorial Trust

A Hillmorton man will bid farewell to his beard later this month in aid of a good cause.

Callum Armitage, 25, is braving the shave on Saturday, August 27 to raise money for the James Bulger Memorial Trust - For James.

He said: “I didn’t want to pick just any charity.

“The tragic story of what happened to James is just as shocking now as it was back then.”

Money raised will go towards funding a device that aims to prevent parents losing sight of their children. The shave will take place at Mister Robinson’s Barbershop on Church Street in the town centre.
