Blisters worth it for Westminster walker
Myton School student Aiden Pestell set off on the 95-mile hike from his home to the House of Commons on Saturday. Walking via Banbury, Marlow, Slough and Heathrow, he was welcomed by Chris White MP on Tuesday evening.
The Warwick and Leamington MP, who met Aiden under Big Ben, said: “What Aiden has done is tremendous. I have been in Westminster for six months, and I can honestly say this is the most impressive thing I have seen.”
