A Rugby man found guilty of brutally murdering his estranged wife in a knife attack has been jailed for life.
Owen Williams, 50, of Grizedale, Rugby, has been jailed for 22 years for the murder of his estranged wife Shana Cover.
He will serve a minimum of 22 years before he can be considered for parole.
Also, based on the equity in his home, Williams will pay £20,000 towards prosecution costs of at least £136,000.
Shana Cover, 34, was killed in her flat in Morton Gardens on August 14.
She worked at the Hospital of St Cross and was doing a degree at Coventry University.
