Budding young hacks from Brownsover Community School have been learning about life on a newspaper as part of their studies.
Rugby Advertiser reporter Lucie Green spent a morning with year 2 children giving talks about journalism, what makes a good story and how to report a major incident.
She said: “The children have been learning about the Great Fire of London, so we discussed how we would report it with the technology we have these days.
“We did a question and answer session and I was seriously impressed with some of the ideas the children came up with.”
Lucie added: “Brownsover Community is a great school and everyone made me feel so welcome.”
