Only half of the Halfway House pub was left after builders started to demolish the building yesterday (Wednesday).

All that is now left of the pub this morning (Thursday) is a pile of rubble.

The well-known pub, on the roundabout of the A428 and A5 near Crick, recently closed and had been boarded up ever since.

It is being demolished as part of the DIRFT expansion plans.
