Burglars target Rugby homes in Faraday Road, Blossom Way and Lower Hillmorton Road

POLICE are warning people of a numbers of burglaries across Rugby in the last few weeks.

Burglars used a screwdriver, which was found outside, to force open the living room window of a house in Faraday Road, Rugby.

Thieves stolen an iPad and some euros from inside during the burglary, which happened sometime before 5pm on December 10.

Between 11.30pm on December 15 and 10.30pm on December 16 burglars attempted to prise open the doors at a home in Blossom Way with a sharp instrument.

Damage was caused to the doors but they failed to get inside and nothing was stolen.

Between 3 and 7.45pm on December 19, offenders used a crowbar to force open the front door of a home in Lower Hillmorton Road.

A box of watches and a laptop were stolen.
