A RUGBY estate and letting agent is celebrating successes following recent analysis of properties advertised as ‘for sale’ and ‘sold’ in the area.

Cadman Homes, in Castle Street, has the highest percentage of sold properties (data from March 6, 2012).

With 62.5 per cent of properties currently advertised online ‘Sold Subject To Contract’, the family-owned and operated agents have a lead of 6 per cent over the second placed agent. Adam McHenry, who heads the sales team, said: “Obviously we are very proud of the personal service we offer our clients. We aren’t the biggest agent in town if you judge an agent by the amount of boards or properties available, but we try to be the best.

“Statistics like this bolster our message that as a local, family-owned firm we can deliver the results demanded by house sellers, and keep value for money at the core of our business, whilst still offering a progressive and forward-thinking marketing strategy.

“We still offer a 1one per cent+VAT fee for the full marketing package, with no gimmicks and equally no corners cut.

“As we say – why pay more for less?”

The team are excited about the year ahead following their move into new premises in December 2011 and the launch of an exciting new service that allows sellers to sell their house for free with no commission.

“The auction service is proving to be popular with people recommending friends and family to give it a try,” said Valerie Cadman–Jones.

“As the founder of Cadman Homes I’m really proud of our new sales team, the last year has been a big drive forward and the statistics show we are doing well.

“By that I mean having the highest ratio of sold boards in the town, and that Adam’s team have kept a 9.8/10 rating and 100 per cent recommendation score from vendors and buyers.”

Cadman Homes is at 1 Castle Street, Rugby.
