On Saturday Rugby firefighters were called to a car fire in Little Warton, Pailton at 11.16pm.

A spokesman for Warwickshire Fire and Rescue said: “Firefighters from Rugby were called to a car fire at 11.16pm. On arrival crews found a car well alight on the Lutterworth Road. The fire was quickly extinguished, but the vehicle was located in the middle of the road and so scene safety was implemented until it could be removed.”
