Car fire on A46 Warwick Bypass
FIREFIGHTERS from Leamington and Kenilworth raced to a fire on the A46 Warwick Bypass today.
At around 11.30am the fire crews were called to a car fire on the busy road and traffic was held up.
On arrival crews found one car well alight on the hard shoulder near the BP Garage. One hose reel and breathing apparatus were in use to extinguish the fire.
The Highway Agency then cleaned up the area and made it safe.
