“It’s an opportunity as a care provider to challenge any negative stereotypes associated with care homes and as a team, Care Home Open Day is a deserved opportunity to celebrate the outstanding we do on a daily basis.”

Visitors had the chance to see a caricature artist in action as well as a water colour workshop.

Bawnmore School Choir performed for residents and visitors, as well as Showna, a vintage singer.
