Rugby MP Mark Pawsey welcomed three generations of the Cooper family to Westminster last week including eight-year-old budding artist Joseph who won Mark’s Christmas Card competition last year.

As part of his prize Mr Pawsey invited Joseph and his family to Parliament to take a tour of the Palace of Westminster.

Speaking after Joseph’s visit Mr Pawsey said: “It was great to meet with Joseph and his family in Westminster and to hear how much he enjoyed his tour of Parliament.

“He was a deserved winner of last year’s competition despite so many brilliant entries.

“This year’s competition is still open but only for a few more days so I would encourage all primary school aged children to send me their designs.”

Entries need to be submitted by Monday November 10 by sending to Mark Pawsey MP, Albert Buildings, 2 Castle Mews, Rugby, CV21 2XL.
