Matt Ewer wants to keep something back to the community.

He has been a franchisee of ActionCOACH for 18 months, has become one of its top coaches, winning the company’s ‘Best Client Ratings 2016’ award for the Midlands in the autumn.

Born and bred in Rugby, as well as helping companies in the local area under the name ‘Rugby Business Growth’, Matt has been working with Rugby First to help town centre businesses, and also runs a successful sports coaching business through children’s sport coaching company Premier Sport.

As well as helping even more businesses in and around Rugby, this year he wants to bring the same benefits to a local charity to help it flourish in the same way.

He said: “My mission is to make sure that every business owner in the Rugby area leads a happy and successful life through their business. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people develop.

“But I also want to give something back to the local community. I’ve already done work with Rugby First and Warwickshire County Council and now I’m looking for a local charity to work with to bring them greater success. If anyone is interested then I’m ready and waiting.

“If you’re a business looking to have your best year ever, then I can help you do that so get in touch and we can make a start.”
