With its fun fair, food and craft marquees, wildlife displays and family activities the Crick Boat Show has become one of the most popular weekends of the year for many in and around Rugby.

This year’s show is expected to draw in 25,000 visitors and takes place between Saturday May 25 and Monday May 27 at Crick Marina . It will host over 40 exhibitor boats, over 200 exhibitors and loads of live music acts, rides and other attractions.

As well as showcasing thousands of inland waterways products and services, the Crick Boat Show also offers an exciting programme of family entertainment, including boat trips, free traditional fairground rides, Punch and Judy shows, music, children’ activities, arts and crafts stands and a large variety of food and drink stalls.

Show director Peter Johns said:“Come along to the Crick Boat Show over the bank holiday weekend to enjoy a great day out in the Northamptonshire countryside.

“We’ve got a fantastic programme of entertainment for all the family, including live music, free boat trips and free children’s entertainment – there’s going to be something for everyone.”

The event is open from 10am until 6pm each day except Monday, May 27, when it closes at 5pm. Family tickets (two adults and two children aged five-16) are £24 if bought in advance or £32 on the gate. Entry is free for under-fives on all three show days and all children (16 or under) go free on Monday May 27.
