HUNDREDS of thousands of people tuned in to see a Crick teenager feature in a BBC Two documentary on Monday evening.
Ollie Cartwright, 13, of Ashby Drive, starred in the Oxford Craniofacial Surgery programme which focused on his experiences after being born with Pfeiffer syndrome and has needed a long series of operations.
The unit is his second home; until the age of six or seven, he was in hospital most of the time. His friendship with his neurosurgeon Jay Jayamohan keeps him going through a new series of operations.
Ollie was featured in the third episode of the series which follows the surgeons of the Oxford Craniofacial Unit and the children they treat.
