Driver stopped at Rugby's Benn Hall and found to be driving without insurance or a licence (again)

This is the second time he's been caught since May

A man who was stopped by traffic officers outside the Benn Hall today, June 9, faces a possible prison sentence because he was caught ignoring the law for the second time in a matter of months.

Officers from OPU Warwickshire stopped the Green Peugeot 206 the Benn Hall, quickly confirming that the driver had no Insurance and a provisional driving licence.

A spokesperson for the force said: "The driver doesn't seem to learn as we took a silver Ford Focus off him and reported him for the same offences in Brinklow on 3rd May 2021.

"He will now be dealt with for both matters In court and faces disqualification from driving and a possible prison sentence."
