A man has been arrested in connection with a hoax bomb threat targeting a business at the Leamington Shopping Park,

The 19-year-old from Coventry was arrested on suspicion of making a bomb hoax on Sunday (August 2) as part of investigation led by Warwickshire Police.

The hoax threat was made towards a business in the Leamington Shopping Park, formerly the Shires Retail Park, in Tachbrook Park Drive on Friday (July 31).

It led to officers putting a cordon in place around the site while a search was conducted.

The man has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
