Man dies in Brownsover after police called to disturbance in the early hours

A man who suffered serious injuries during a disturbance in Brownsover in the early hours this morning has died.

At 1.25am this morning, April 23, police were called to a disturbance outside a home on Lindale in Brownsover.

When they arrived they found that a man in his twenties had suffered serious injuries.

The man was later pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesperson for Warwickshire Police said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious and is being treated as an isolated incident.

"The man’s next of kin has been informed and our thoughts are with them.

"An investigation is currently underway into the circumstances, and a cordon currently remains in place at the scene."
