Police dogs helped to catch two burglary suspects in Warwick.

Officers and the dog unit were sent to Warwick in the early hours of this morning (Thursday February 4).

They were responding to a report of a break in at a shop in West Street.

The police dogs picked up the scent of the two suspects and they were both arrested nearby.

Two men from Warwick, aged 33 and 37, were arrested on suspicion of burglary.

The 33 year old was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a knife.

They both remain in custody.
