Police hunt cyclist who allegedly stopped and performed indecent act in front of Rugby woman

Police are hunting a cyclist after a Rugby a woman was subjected to a disgusting act as she was walking in the Clifton area on October 17.

A relative of the woman, whom this newspaper will keep anonymous, said: "While out walking alone the cyclist in the picture has passed her on one of the routes leaving Clifton and stopped a short distance in front of her.

"Thinking he was going to ask directions, she didn’t think anything of the fact he turned his bike 90 degrees to face the middle of the road."

The relative said that as the woman got closer she realised the man had exposed himself and was performing an indecent act in front of her.

They added: "As soon as she realised what he was doing she backed away and he continued on his way cycling towards Hillmorton."

Warwickshire Police confirmed they are searching for the cyclist (pictured) in connection with an incident on Hillmorton Lane.

A spokesperson said: "Officers would like to speak to the male pictured, as he may have information in relation to an indecent exposure at around midday on October 17."

Key features of the cyclist's outfit and bicycle were:

Black high end bike with orange or red forks

Water bottle with red or orange stripe

Aero seat post

High end rims

Purple snood

Black helmet and glasses

Long sleeve cycling top with white striped down the arm.
