More bicycles have been stolen and sheds broken into in and around Rugby.

During the night of October 16 into 17, burglars entered the back yard of a home in William Street, Rugby and stole a white Boardman 21-gear mountain bike from inside. The ends of the bike’s handlebars were painted red and it had front and rear lights.

Between 4pm on October 13 and 9am on October 18, thieves stole a pedal cycle from the driveway, near the front door, at a home in Flecknoe. The bike was left insecure and is described as a black mountain bike.

Overnight from October 20 into 21 October, intruders broke into three sheds at the bottom of a garden at a home in Lytham Road, Rugby. The offenders accessed the premises via a stream and cut through chainlink fencing. A strimmer was stolen.

That same evening, offenders stole two pedal cycles from the rear garden of a home in Cheshire Close, Rugby. The bikes were secured to a wall with chains and bolts.

Numerous bicycle thefts and shed break-ins have been reported in and around Rugby in the past few months.
