Don’t panic about your GCSE results

IT’S that time of year when thousands of teenagers nervously await the results of their GCSE examinations which are due out in Rugby on Thursday.

Whatever students’ results, Warwickshire College’s advice and guidance team will be on hand to talk to students about the various options open to them, to give careers advice and information on courses and the support available.

Nicola Perrett, student services manager, said: “We hope that students have got the results they were hoping for, but if not, there is no need to panic. Warwickshire College offers a number of study options including A levels but also vocational qualifications such as national diplomas, BTECs and apprenticeships. We also offer extra help and support in areas of learning where students may struggle. Our student services team will talk to each student to see if we have a course which matches their aspirations.”
