Duo charged with Leamington motorbike theft

Police officers arrested two males on suspicion of stealing a motorbike after stopping them in Jenton Road, Leamington at 6.35pm on Saturday March 3.

Following questioning, 18-year-old Christopher Considine of Edmondscote Road, Leamington was charged with theft of a motor vehicle.

He has been released on conditional bail until his appearance at Leamington Magistrates Court on March 16.

Twenty-one-year-old James Daniel Duncan of Brunswick Street, Leamington was also charged with theft of a motor vehicle and was detained in custody to appear in court on March 5.
