Four men in court for Rugby burglaries

Warwickshire Police have charged four men with five burglaries in Dunchurch, Rugby and Southam.

Three of those charged are Callum Justin Holland, 18, of Ansty Road, Coventry, Jay Bennett, 19, of Shulmans Walk, Wyken, Coventry and Matthew McKeown, 21, of Norman Place Road, Coundon, Coventry.

The fourth male is 16 years old and cannot be identified for legal reasons.

The four were due to appear before magistrates in Leamington today (Friday).

The men are charged with five burglaries in Sandford Way, Dunchurch, Percival Road and Charter Road in Rugby and two addresses in Merestone Close, Southam, which all took place on Wednesday July 10.

A red VW Touran MPV stolen during one of the burglaries in Merestone Close, Southam which police had been keen to trace, has been located in the Newbold area of Rugby.
