Rugby residents are being invited to meet their local health, fitness and wellbeing professionals at an open day on Saturday September 26 at the Village Hall, Rugby Road, Binley Woods, Coventry.
The event will offer families the opportunity to get free advice on a range of topics including children’s health, weight loss and detoxing, exercise, personal training, martial arts, healthy eating and good nutrition, mental and spiritual health, relaxation and overall wellbeing.
There will also be activities to educate younger visitors on making healthy choices, mini taster sessions for adults wanting to try reflexology, massage or reike, life path and colour readings (small charge applicable) and talks by the professionals on key health topics.
Plus the chance for everyone to grab a healthy lunch or snack courtesy of local fruit and veg shop, Turnips.
