Friends of St Cross fund support for tackling sleep disorders

The diagnostic equipment, donated by the Friends of St Cross, cost £5,000 and will enable the expansion of a service for patients with sleeping disorders.

Consultant Clinical Scientist, Joanna Shakespeare said: “Until last year these tests would have been done at University Hospital.

“Now thanks to this donation we can undertake even more of our sleep diagnostic testing at St Cross so that patients in the local area can be cared for in Rugby rather than needing to travel to Coventry.

“We are very grateful that the Friends of St Cross have helped us to develop this service in Rugby.”
