England Deaf Rugby internationals will visit Rugby this weekend for a fun-filled health and fitness event at Caldecott Park.
Rugby Health and Wellness has been organised by the park rangers and Peak Performance Centre of Excellence. It takes place from 11am to 4pm on Saturday.
Activities include touch rugby, penalty competitions and space-hopper races and there will be some fitness assessments and physiotherapies on offer.
Former England rugby international Spencer Brown, a director at Peak Performance Centre of Excellence, has also invited squad members from England Deaf Rugby to be guests of honour.
The centre, based in Somers Road, provides expert coaching in strength and conditioning, and injury rehabilitation.
