A fete is being held in a picturesque village today.
The village fete takes place on Sunday, June 21, from 2pm.
There will be traditional entertainments - tombola, china-smashing, bouncy castle, cake stall, strawberry teas, plants and produce. The fete will be opened by Neil Stevenson, a local cabinet-maker who makes furniture for the royal palaces.
Streetcats dance group will entertain the crowds, and there will be a fun dog show. Entries on the day (2pm) and classes are: Most Perfect Puppy (Under 1 year), Prettiest Female Dog, Most Handsome Male Dog, Waggiest Tail, Best Child & Dog Team and Best Rescue Dog.
