FUNDRAISING for the Bradby Club can be thirsty work.
A coffee morning was recently held to raise funds for the club, which is in East Union Street and helps children in the town.
Alison Ross, chairman, said: “We had an excellent coffee morning in glorious weather. Our guests were able to sit and chat with their friends whilst enjoying the cream scones and hotcross buns to go with their coffee. The raffle and bring and buy created interest and the total raised from the event was £160.”
Their latest jumble sale raised £252. Alison said they need to keep up the pressure as running costs are high.
