The Quad Partite Tournament, held every May Bank Holiday, originated in Kenya by community members and has stretched as far as the UK, Canada and America.

Visitors attended the events from Singapore, Canada, India and Africa.

This year it was a Midlands Rajput Dhobi Samaj event, consisting of football, pool, darts and volleyball tournaments.

Teams were entered from across all four UK centres (Midlands, Preston, London and Leicester) to compete for winning titles.

It rotates between all four centres each year so this year it was a big event for Rugby
with over 300 people attending.

The tournaments were held in the Indian Community Centre and at Lawrence Sherriff School.

The winners were as follows:

Winners: Preston A

Runners-up: Rugby A
