Brethertons law firm has appointed its first ever Chief Operating Officer.
Sally Jones will oversee the delivery of customer operations and sit on the company’s Executive Board.

Sally has more than 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, which included a spell as Head of e-Services at the Cabinet Office, a short stint at the Prime Minister’s Communications Department, Assistant Director of Performance & Strategy at the London Borough of Barnet, Chief Executive at a London Barristers Chambers, Practice Director of one of UK’s Longest established Patent firms and Chief Operating Officer at one of Scotland’s leading law firms.
As Chief Operating Officer at Brethertons, Sally will lead the delivery of Brethertons’ strategies, managing business change, IT, systems development, facilities, risk management, compliance and customer complaints.
