Police have released an image of a woman they want to speak to in connection with a fraud incident that occurred at a supermarket in Rugby.

The incident happened on Wednesday, May 27 at approximately 4.15pm in Sainsbury’s on Clifton Road, Rugby.

Police have only just released the information and photograph.

A woman entered the supermarket and proceeded to purchase a large amount of cigarettes. She paid for the purchase in cash.

Whilst cashing up later on, staff have discovered that the money in the till was down.
