The Seven Stars pub in Albert Square, Rugby, has been named as the runner-up for the 2015 Warwickshire Pub of the Year award run by Camra.
The pub is the Rugby Champion and only narrowly came second to the Lord Nelson in Ansley.
Steve Heighton, of Rugby Camra (Campaign for Real Ale), said: “The Stars is an excellent example of a modern, yet traditional pub.
“The pub is run by Simona Apanaviciute, who ensures there is a warm welcome for the new breed of women beer drinkers and everyone gets to enjoy at least a dozen real ales from around the UK, which changes each week.”
The pub held its first beer festival today (June 11) in support of the Air Ambulance.
