Jobs and training campaign

A CAMPAIGN to raise awareness and funding for projects to help young people in Warwickshire find work or gain qualifications has raised more than £5,000 over the past six months.

Warwickshire Association of Youth Clubs is now able to work with an additional 20 young
people over the course of the next six months, thanks to donations from individuals - one of whom donated his heating allowance - and grants from charitable trusts.

The organisation is looking for businesses in the county to support the campaign by offering work placements, business interview support or
mentoring, which could include help with CV writing, interview techniques, buying suitable clothing or researching particular job roles based on their interests.
