Founders of Klickers hairdressing salon, Martin and Anne Cole, celebrated 25 years of bringing hairdressing to the heart of Rugby at their Regent Street location.
To share the success and achievement with clients and business partners alike, the management team held an indulgence evening.
“Over this quarter of a century the business has been acclaimed by clients and business partners alike, earning them the title of Longstanding Business of the Year so bringing everyone together seemed like the perfect thing to do,” Martin said.
A real testament to Rugby’s business networking and supportive ethos, friends and neighbours from other local businesses were in attendance including Terracotta Boutique, Niki Lus, Garden Gate and the Aphrodite Beauticians.
As well as local businesses, the salon greeted other guests with a glass of prosecco and platters of nibbles, with nearly 200 people joining in the party.
A large screen showcased images from The London Graduate Fashion Show where Coventry University featured their collections, with stylists from Klickers working on the models’ hair.
Following this was a slide show displaying salon and the team that have worked there over the 25 years in business.
Guests were entertained with hair and beauty stands, mini massages and the latest styling demonstrations from the GHD team.
A raffle also ensured that guests didn’t leave empty handed, with prizes such as GHDs, meals at local pubs and gift vouchers to spend at local retailers.
A total of £484 was raised, which was donated to SANDS, a charity which helps to support people affected by stillbirth and neonatal death, a cause close to the salon’s heart.
It was a wonderful evening, ending with a heartfelt speech from Martin, thanking the team and all clients for their continued support.
“And as final celebration for our amazing 25 years in business and of course a thank you to our customers, the first 25 customers to book a colour, cut and blow dry will get a £25 product package for free,” Martin said.
